Abstrak

Studi ini adalah  untuk mengetahui  pengaruh komitmen organisasional kepuasan imbalan serta budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pertambangan PT.BBE di Kalimantan Timur. Dari data analisis serta hipotesis menunjukkan memang ada pengaruh dari hubungan diatas tetapi ada satu hal yang  merupakan GAP RESEARCH yaitu budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Motivasi kerjanya.

Dari analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa koefisien  standarisasi ada 0,070 serta denga nilai p = 0,218 Hal ini menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerjanya.Hal ini kemungkinan yang menyebabkan target produksi dari PT.BBE tidak bisa tercapai.untuk itu diperlukan saran-saran yang bisa merubah  budaya bagaimana supaya budaya organisasinya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawannya . Dengan demikian juga akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga karena kinerja yang tinggi menyebabkan target produksinya bisa tercapai.

Kata kunci  : Komitmen Organisasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Imbalan, Motivasi kerja serta Kinerja .

ABSTRACT

 

The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organization Culture and Rewards on Work to Motivation and Employee Performance PT. Bukit Baiduri Energy  (PT.BBE) In East Kalimantan

This study, in principle, starting from a concept of why the target coal production of PT. BBE can not be achieved. Employee Performance then becomes the main focus in this study because other already qualified within the organization . This study eventually evolved to seek influence the relationship between organizational commitment, satisfaction rewards, organizational culture and its influence on employee motivation and performance of PT. BBE.

The data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that effect of Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction Employee Benefits, Organizational Culture, clearly affect the work motivation and employee performance in PT.BBE.But The results of research in the field who actually show that no significant is the influence of organizational culture on work motivation (in the analysis of SEM path coefficients showed standardize for 0,070 with p = 0,218 this means is clearly no significant effect on motivation.This is as a RESEARCH GAP and this finding is very important to be used as material for the company's policy in developing the employee performance .Thus, that it could be said that production targets can be achieved with a well according to plan then the employee organization's culture should be only too well considered and well developed in order to significantly influence the motivation to work.
