ABSTRAK

Aplikasi Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) adalah sebuah aplikasi yang difungsikan sebagai sarana untuk membantu staf pegawai di bagian keuangan untuk mempercepat proses administrasi pembuatan surat perjalanan dinas (SPPD) dan mempercepat perhitungan rincian biaya perjalanan di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan.

Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi surat perintah perjalanan dinas (SPPD) yang bersifat multi user, dengan demikian dimungkinkan dapat lebih dari satu operator yang menjalankan aplikasi ini secara bersamaan sehingga akan dapat mempercepat proses pelayanan kepada pegawai yang akan melakukan perjalanan dinas maupun penyampaian laporan kepada pimpinan terkait.

Abstract

Generally, coolpad works with 5 volts taken from the USB’s voltage. This system is less effective because laptop’s energy will be run out shortly.From this basic idea, coolpad’s speed  shoud be controlled. In this case, control method that can be apllied is fuzzy logic.To determine the temperature below laptop, LM35 temperature sensor is needed.The data from ADC temperature sensor put into microcontroller is used as control input of fuzzy logic.The result of fuzzy logic calculation is applied as output to control motor speed. Thus, PWM is applied to control the speed.

Abstract

Nowadays,  electronic devices usually use dc supplier gained by changing ac signal into one-direction siganl.To get smooth dc as the output,capacitor as the dc filter is needed. However,   this process brings out some effects such as high current input, low power factor, and high THD..
Recently, many researches are done to search a solution of the previous problems.In the end, the solution is found. The one-directed device is planted to minimize such a kind of problem. The researchers have tried to build a one-directed device with good performance, for example: by giving the pure output dc  voltage, normal high current input, good power factor and low harmonity. This method can be done by combining flyback converter and buck converter, because flyback converter type has some advantages  such as its  insulation system is used as power factor recovery.
The combination of flyback converter and buck converter produces a new performance which  will be then added by the filter used in smoothing process of output dc to gain 0,95 power factor  and 29% current        THD.  Compared to the conventional method which only produces 0,47 power factor and 74% THD current, this method has more progresses as well as advantages.

Abstract

Research on the security system progress is in accordance to the needs of security and confidentiality of personal identity. One of the security systems explained above is voice biometrics. Sound technology is one of technology applications that have been discovered several years ago. An example of voice biometrics is the matching of sound pattern which is based on sound identifications of the spoken word. To recognize speech from the speaker in advance so that the computer needs to be given intelligence by the comments received by the computer will respond to get the appropriate response. There are several methods that can be used in voice pattern matching, among which is the method of pattern recognition, statistical and artificial intelligence.
Signal feature pattern recognition is a collection of some algorithms used to classify data, to create one or more signals feature from the many and varied. To obtain the required signal feature analysis method through the process of normalization prior to the extraction of feature, this normalization process using digital signal processing that have been commonly used.
Adaptive control system is a system that has control parameters that can adapt. These parameters adapt to change environmental conditions around it, such as interference, as well as changes in the internal character of the controlled system. In this research an adaptive filter used for voice identification to be used as a password security with Least Means Square algorithm as a method to find the average value of error is used as a reference for decision-making passwords.
