INTISARI

Embung Sepaku Semoi berada di Desa Suko Mulyo Kecamatan Sepaku Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur. Luas DAS Sepaku Semoi 1.034 km2 ,Panjang Sungai 12 km dengan nama sungai adalah Sungai Sepinggan dan Sungai Tengkorak yang memiliki lebar antara 5 m - 10 m dan kedalaman rata-rata 1,5 meter, secara umum kondisi topografi Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara berbukit-bukit, dengan curah hujan rata-rata sebesar 174,6 mm.  Permasalahan di Sepaku Semoi saat ini adalah memerlukan air baku, guna memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut masyarakat memanfaatkan sungai yang ada, untuk itu akan dibangun embung yang berfungsi menampung air dimusim hujan, untuk itu dicari lokasi embung pada daerah berbukit dengan DAS yang cukup potensial,  dan formasi geologi tidak porous. Langkah yang dilakukan untuk membangun embung adalah dengan menentukan lokasi embung, untuk itu dilakukan orientasi lokasi embung,  dan mempertimbangkan secara Teknis Hidrologis seperti Topografi yaitu  embung dibuat pada bagian sungai yang lurus, apabila ditikungan dikhawatirkan akan terjadi meander.  Pertimbangan Hidrologi  berdasarkan analisis hidrologi, DAS, dan  debit pengaliran dasar (base flow) yang berpengaruh pada debit banjir, dengan pertimbangan utama pada debit andalan Sungainya, dan Geologi yaitu tipe embung urugan dengan pertimbangan bahan tanah mudah didapatkan dan murah, serta kondisi daya dukung pondasi harus stabil, dan dihindari tanah organik.

Abstract

Currently the performance of each government employee is assessed based on his/her work performance each year called The List of Work Performance Assessment (in Indonesia: Daftar Penilaiaian Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan - DP3). On this list, the assessment is accentuated on services, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership.
The drawback of this model is on how the performance is assessed.  The leader assesses his/her subordinate only by observing his/her performance. This way tends to be subjective and not measurable. This process have to be changed so that the assessment could be done measurebly and objectively.
The Individual Performance Objective is one of some performance assessment models which is more measurable and objective than the previous model. On this model, the assessment is based on 4(four) aspects, namely Quantity/Output, Quality, Time, and Cost. To achieve the goal of employee's performance, we need two main components, they are the Individual Performance Objective(60%) and Employee's Behaviour(40%).
The result of this research is a design of information system of employee's performance assessment. The assessment will be based on the individual performance objective and the employee's behaviour. The design resulted will be adjusted to the need of Samarinda State Polytechnic and the regulation of Badan Kepegawaian Negara(BKN)  Number 46 Year 2011 as well.

ABSTRACT


Irigasi Lempake is an irrigation area in Samarinda and it is expected to fulfill the basic food requirement of Samarinda’s people. There’s an important thing to maintain the irrigation channel that is a part of irrigation management system. Observation and  measuring of irrigation water distribution is needed to find the water losses and it’s efficiency to follow up management for making a good action.This study is started  by observation to get information of  irrigation channel and surroundings. And then measuring width and depth of channel and its velocity. Inflow-Outflow method was used to measure the upstream and downstream velocities of each channel by float. After that, discharge, water losses and irrigation channel efficiency were  calculated.The result showed that the primer irrigation channel efficiency of Irigasi Lempake is 83,32%, secunder irrigation channel efficiency is 68,76% and tersier irrigation channel efficiency is 83,94%. Total irrigation channel efficiency is 48,09%. Water losses in the chanels was caused by leakage. The problem solving is rehabilitation and maintenance the irrigation chanels.

ABSTRAK

Pelayanan publik dapat didefinisikan sebagai pemeberian layanan (melayani) keperluan orang atau masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan pada organisasi itu sesuai dengan aturan pokok dan tata cara yang telah ditetapkan. suatu pelayanan juga dapat bersifat proaktif dengan memberikan nilai lebih pada setiap layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-induktif yang berangkat dari kerangka teori, pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalaman, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan-permasalahan beserta pemecahannya berdasarkan spesifik kebutuhan perangkat lunak, analisis dan perancangan perangkat lunak.

Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah desain/rancangan sistem informasi bank darah hidup yang berbasiskan komunitas. Hasil perancangan tersebut, mencakup perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dan juga mencakup rancangan aplikasi SMS sebagai media untuk menyampaikan kebutuhan darah. Mengingat teknologi SMS merupakan media tercepat untuk mendistribusikan informasi serta tingkat ketersediaan perangkat Handphone yang sudah sangat memasyarakat.

ABSTRACT

Samarinda has potential flood area that is distributed on some places including Jalan P. Antasari. Flood mitigation also needs community partisipation on landscape development, spesially on potential flood area.  Concept of “rumah panggung” has been issue, it’s considered this construction house has been familiar for local people. This research was started by surveying on location study for making design of  permanent house, rumah panggung and embankment house. And then RAB analyze were done to compare the cost of two types of house. Flood water up was estimated by converting land use from free area of rumah panggung to useful area of embankment house. The result showed that construction of rumah panggung yield a profit. The cost of rumah panggung is 3,27% more than embankment house but this construction can retard flood water up around it.
