ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site Jembayan Muarabara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 17.0. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji R squre, dan uji t. Hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi linier yaitu Y=2,388 + 0,455X dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,005 hal ini berarti bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi yaitu = 0,455 bertanda positif yang berarti terdapat korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi R squere sebesar 0,207 menunjukkan bahwa 20% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai thitung = 3.466 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1.672 maka hipotesis diterima yaitu pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site Jembayan Muarabara.

ABSTRACT

The pourpose of this study is to empirically study the effect of accaounting variables-liquidity ratio, leverage and profitability ratio-on stock returns of the agriculture firms registered between 2011-2015 on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data is sampled using purposive sample judgement method. From 23 Firms registered on IDX only 8 are used as samples for this study. The firms include are  PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMAR), PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantation Tbk (UNSP), PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO), PT Gozco Plantation Tbk (GZCO), dan PT BW Plantation (BWPT). The result of this study using multiple regression finds that all variables (current asset, debt to equity ratio and return on asset) that all significantly affect the following year stock return with level of significant 5 percent.

ABSTRACT

The study tries to identify to what extent motivation and compensation for work performance of employees common parts and protocol east Kutai district secretariat. Analysis model used to prove hypothesis is model analysis multiple linier regression that be analysed with using statistics computer program package, that is SPSS v. 20.0 for Windows. Furthermore it was conducted examination for validity of data by multikolinieritas test, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test. Result of statistics analysis show that coefficient of the free variables regression, that is involvement  factor in motivation (X1) =  0,383, compensation  (X2) = 0,469, and constanta equal  to 0,533. Equation  of multiple linier regression is:Y =  0,533  + 0,383 X1 + 0,469 X2

Conclusion that receive that level of influence explained by motivation, compensation are as independent variable impact toward performance of employees common parts and protocol east Kutai district secretariat  equal to correlation  coefficient (R), that is 0,742  and level of depended  performance to second of  free variables above is equal to determination  coefficient value (R2) that is 0,551 or 55,1%.  Result of analysis F – test  indicate that all free variables by together have significant influence toward performance of employees common parts and protocol east Kutai district secretariat. By partial, variable  motivation and compensation  have  significant  influence to performance of  employees common parts and protocol east Kutai district secretariat.  Variabelindependent  has dominant influence to performance of    employees common parts and protocol east Kutai district secretariat is compensation.
